The above is possible for as a seed, God’s words spoken in the beginning remains in all of his creation with the ability to sustain and perform what he said.
For this reason, the basic unit of every matter, which was of course created, is the word of God—the vehicle for creation.
Furthermore, everything God created by his words has the ability to remain or reproduce itself, as we see with living and “non-living” things. E.g the stars and animals respectively.
Of all things created, man was the only being with the record of being created in the image of God.
“And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.”
Genesis 1:26-27 KJV
A close study on the phrase “image of God” shows that man was made to represent God. The intent of God as revealed in the word he spoke is for man to represent him on the earth—"let them have dominion in the earth."
To have dominion on and over everything upon the earth is simply to take charge over the earth, to run the earth, to subdue it, i.e to make the earth submitted to thewill of man. So much so that whatever man allows on the earth is allowed by God, such is the dominion God gave man by speaking to him.
On one hand, man like every other creation of God has the ability to be and reproduce what God said to him, as if they were seeds in a constant cycle of reproduction and on the other hand, represents God on earth by exercising dominion.
As the representative of God on the earth, man is tasked with the responsibility to do what God did, does or will do on the earth which are all subject to his will or dominion.
No other creation of God has this ability, all others are subject to man. On earth, man is god over all.
God, the creator of the heaven and the earth, man the god over his creations on the earth—made possible because God said.
