(Please kindly note that this is a continuation of last week’s post.)
Dede: Truthfully, things are much clearer now. But if you say I have indeed regained all the authority that was lost when I became a Christian, then how come sometimes when I prayed, still nothing happened?
Wisdom: Are you referring to when you prayed for Lisa, your wife, to be healed?
Dede: (Emphatically)Yes!
Wisdom: Dede, following our discussion thus far, it is clear God gave the earth to man and not the enemy. It is also clear that man by virtue of what Jesus Christ did on the cross is the one who now run the world.
Dede, this might hurt to hear, but I do not owe man healingand this is the truth, because man was healed when Jesus died for him.
“But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.”
(Isaiah 53:5 KJV)
“Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.”
(1 Peter 2:24 KJV)
Wherever and whenever you find sickness today, it is not of me. I do not make people sick; I healed all.
The enemy loves to intrude in our day to day activities but it is in our place to resist him.
“The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy:...” (John 10:10 KJV)
It is important to add here, that everyone yet to receive – believe in – Jesus as Lord and saviour and in the victory Jesus won over the devil by his resurrection is a hundred percent under the bondage of the enemy and serve as vessels for him to inflict the world.
Now you need to also know that even those who believe can be influenced by the enemy, if they lack the knowledge of their inheritance in Christ.
Dede, wherever you find sickness, it is in your hands to heal. Men make the mistake of calling God to come and heal the sick, but the authority to heal the sick is with them.
“...they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.” (Mark 16:18 KJV)
Beloved, it takes understanding not to pray amiss.
When the enemy tries to step beyond his boundaries, you must resist him and put him where he belongs. Dede, RUN THE WORLD!
Adrenaline: Hmmm, I see. So, do you actually mean it that the man in Christ runs the world?
Wisdom: Yes, he does, for he is Christ on the earth today.
