I do not have a total understanding of why things happen the way they do at times. By this, I mean why life is filled with high and low moments.
Why it is like a see-saw; today you are up and almost touching the heavens with your nose, and then tomorrow you are down, and next to hell.
I truly don't understand why you have to go through all the pains in your life: experiences that leave you tearing up each time you think of them. 'Life is hard for you' you have concluded.
Dear one, I have had my fair share of the valleys. I have walked through what you might call the 'valleys of the shadow of death'. I have also been at the mountain top; moments when heaven lights up the earth. Moments to cease and freeze in my memory for all eternity.
I have come to realize that every down moment, every low point, every valley situations we encounter, presents to us an opportunity to learn and be stronger. It gifts us the platform to grow.
Jesus said; “It is impossible but that offences will come:” (Luke 17:1 KJV)
As long as you are alive, tough times must come. Times you never wish for will pop up, if contact with the fire is constant.
Then we must focus on how to go through it and come out alive. By so doing we might get burnt a bit, but we must come out alive.
Hope is an inevitable tool we can not afford to lose in our valley days: hope that things will get better. A hoping man always sees tomorrow to be better. He never runs out of a tomorrow filled with hope. He always sees one even in dead ends.
You must remember, God is a loving father and he loves you. He has promised to be in the fire with you, to see you through the fire days. To present you alive at the finish line. (Isaiah 43:2 KJV).
No matter what comes your way today, remember this, Father God is in the mix and you will come out alive and stronger!
