So, there is a story about a doctor and his patient, the doctor is known around the globe as the best in his field. The patient was diagnosed with a chronic illness that has left him depressed and battered for years. He has done everything within his power to get the cure but all to no avail. He wanted a cure so badly he sold all he had to invite this doctor to heal him, for he was told this doctor can heal him.
When the doctor received his invitation, he came immediately due to the urgency of the call and the severity of the disease but to his surprise the sick man was nowhere to be found. The doctor waited and waited for days for this man. Then news came into town that the sick man fell into the hands of quacks who promised to heal him but ended up hastening his demise. The doctor was heartbroken for he had the solution to his illness.
THEN THE LORD SAID, "IF EVEN AN EVIL JUDGE CAN BE WORN DOWN LIKE THAT, DON'T YOU THINK THAT GOD WILL SURELY GIVE JUSTICE TO HIS PEOPLE WHO PLEAD WITH HIM DAY AND NIGHT? YES! HE WILL ANSWER THEM QUICKLY! BUT THE QUESTION IS: WHEN I, THE MESSIAH, RETURN, HOW MANY WILL I FIND WHO HAVE FAITH [AND ARE PRAYING]? (LUKE 18:6-8 TLB).
God wants to heal our world, he want to make your life better, most importantly he wants to walk this earth through you. People keep calling on God, but few are presenting their lives to be used. God needs you to speak his word over nations.
If only we would yield ourselves to the Holy Spirit, he will use us to heal our families, our homes, our lands.
