Last week we gathered from scriptures, Isaiah 60:2 to be precise that in the last days light and darkness will bring forth their finest. Meaning good and evil will be at it's height.
Today, let me point out a big part of the picture that is already underway but is grossly overlooked.
“For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.”
Isaiah 60:2 KJV
Did you notice the first revelation? "FOR, BEHOLD, THE DARKNESS SHALL COVER THE EARTH". When I saw this I was taking aback, then I understood why the earth is grumbling.
The word DARKNESS here means, misery, destruction, death, and sorrow. It means the earth will bring forth all these.
Look around you, the earth is producing darkness in it's height as never seen before. From hurricanes, to tornados, floods washing up towns and killing scores.
Extreme climates, from global warming to drought sweeping a whole community. Heat waves and cold waves killing hundred of people. Hunger is on it's rise as the earth seems barren.
Hear what Jesus said concerning the earth in the last days; "For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: AND THERE SHALL BE FAMINES, AND PESTILENCES, AND EARTHQUAKES, IN DIVERS PLACES".
Matthew 24:7 KJV
Now we know that these things shall come from the earth and upon the earth. Truth is it will get worsen as we edge nearer to the end.
In all these, remember that their is provision, protection for the children of God. Those saved by the blood of Jesus, both in this world and in the world to come.
Just as Noah's ark saved 8 souls from the flood, Jesus will save all that receives him.
BIG QUESTION- ARE YOU BORN AGAIN? IF NOT, WHY NOT NOW?
If you want to make Jesus the lord of your life,then say this prayer whole-heartedly
and believe it:
O Lord God,i believe in Jesus Christ,the son of the living God.i believe God raised him from the dead and i confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is the lord of my life from today.I received by faith,remission of sins for my soul right now in the name of Jesus Christ,I receive eternal life into my spirit.thank you Lord i am saved.Thank you for saving my soul.I am born again now.Thank you father.Amen.
